Support the Head Chef in the organisation of the kitchen and menu creation.
Be able to motivate team members to reach targets and maintain a harmonious working environment.
Be passionate and creative.
Have understanding of modern food preparation and cooking techniques.
Be responsible for the quality control of stock and prepared foods.
Have fantastic leadership skills.
Be able to work flexible hours including holiday periods.
Hold basic Food Hygiene Qualification or above.
